The building consist of the main house with 4
floors, a courtyard, a magnificent swimming pool and 2 detached guest houses.
All the windows have imported heavy duty impact hurricane resistant glass
with thermo pan. Besides has each window an hidden rolling shutter which
mostly will be used to block the heath of the sun but also protects the
windows from the first impact by hurricanes.

The first floor (crew and staff quarters) at ground
level features:

of them have access to a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and
the canal. The fourth one is facing the courtyard on the street side.

showers with high European quality plumbing fixtures, a convenient
double vanity in teak.

teak from the floor to the ceiling to put over a thousand books. With
private Lavatory and vanity.
