Lobster season us upon us and East is letting the lobster strut its stuff!  East has updated their menu again! 


New to the menu is:

 

Seafood Dim Sum – lobster springroll, crab rangoon, Shrimp & mushroom wonton, ponzu sauce

 

Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki – Rare Wagyu beef, Harusame noodles, vegetables in mirin soy dashi  

 

Tartare trio – tuna with wasabi aioli, salmon with crème fraiche, wagyu beef with quail egg   

 

Roasted Duck Breast — with spicy hoisin demi glace, Himalayan red rice, crispy vegetables, pickled onion 

 

Rack of lamb — with ginger scallion whipped potato, roasted bok choy, mushrooms & asparagus, red curry demi glace 

 

Grilled lobster, lobster fried rice, ginger chili herb compound butter, passionfruit vinaigrette 

 

Tempura Lobster Sushi Roll with tempura lobster, cucumber, avocado, sweet sauce    

 

Baked Lobster Sushi Roll with Spicy lobster salad, scallion, sesame, parmesan cheese

Passion fruit Cheesecake, strawberry cream, brandy snap 

 

Molten Chocolate & peanut butter gateau, peanut butter & Jam sauce, blueberry compote
