For years, Pelican Bay at Lucaya’s Yellow Tails Bar & Grill was a popular spot for food and drinks for local residents and resort guests alike. Now, as an extensive renovation nears completion a new restaurant and bar will emerge on the scene as Yellow Tails transforms into the new Sabor. Opening at the end of February, the new Sabor will offer water front dining in a relaxed outdoor setting overlooking Bell Channel Bay. Open each day from 10:00 a.m. till midnight, Sabor’s new menu will feature a wide range of options, including favorites such as burgers and chicken wraps, complemented by a wok bar, and a new Sunday brunch menu offering a variety of eggs benedict items and traditional Bahamian boiled fish.
